    ask ko po kung may makukuha akong maternity benefits sa sss kahit na nung 2009 pa ang huling hulog ko? magagamit ko pa ba yun ngayon nanganak ako nung jan.19,2015

    Hello po. Tanong q lng po kung pwedeng ako nlng magfile ng sss maternity ko kahit employed po ako. Nanghingi po kasi yung employer ng addl documents na hindi q ko po nabigay agad sa sinabi nilang deadline so sabi po deduct nlng daw po yung inadvance nilang check sakin sa salary. Ibig po sabihin parang di ko din naclaim yung sss mat check ko. Pwede ko po bang kunin nlng sa employer yung m2 forms ko and ako nlng po magsubmit ng files sa sss? Thank you po

    Based on prequalifying condtion na may hulog dapat kayo at least 3 months within the 12 month period prior to semester of contingency and you submitted you mat1, maari kayo magavail ng mat claim kung meron kayo ng mga nabanggit.
